To access Jobeffekt's services, you create a user profile and gain access to your personal job universe where you can create CVs, analyze job postings and find vacancies. When creating a user profile on Job Effect
When you create a user profile, we store your e-mail address and the information you have entered as name and address, etc. On your personal job page you can see jobs you have saved, customize your Job Agent and much more.
The purpose of the registration is that Jobeffekt can offer you services that are as relevant to you as possible, and since your user profile is the starting point for all your services with us, it is a good idea to keep it updated.

How to correct / delete your user profile
You can delete your information at any time by logging in to Job Effect using your username and password. Thereafter, we only store the personal information to which we may be required by applicable law
When creating a CV on Job Effect
When you enter a CV in our CV database, the CV and your information will be registered and stored. The purpose of the registration is that companies that are interested in your workforce will be able to contact you through Jobeffekt's CV database.
If you do not log in to your user profile for 6 months, you will be considered inactive and your CV will be taken offline. We do this to ensure as current CVs as possible at Jobeffekt. Before your CV expires, we will send you a reminder so that you can update your CV or extend the term.
If you do not respond to the inquiry, you will receive a reminder again after 6 months. If you do not respond to this, your CV will be automatically deleted.
Your resume will appear as active unless you do something else. If you want to show your CV with all your data, you can either give all companies access to the personal form or only give access to the companies of your choice.
Personal information that can potentially identify you (e-mail address, name, address, telephone number and photo) is thus basically not visible to the companies.
Your CV is usually displayed in anonymous form, which does not contain your private data such as name, address, etc. Your background is anonymized. But companies can read and search your relevant, qualifying information so they can determine if you are interested in them. In addition, companies can also purchase access to your personal information such as email, name, address, phone number and photo
Therefore, if you want to be anonymous, be aware that you are not writing information that can identify you. However, you will never be anonymous to Job Effect.
When a company wants to get in touch with an anonymous resume
If the company wants to get in touch with you via your anonymous CV, you will not be notified via Job Effect.
How to correct / delete your CV
You can edit or delete your CV at any time by logging in to your site using your username and password.
Illegals in a CV
We reserve the right to change your entered information in the event that we become aware that your CV contains illegal or incorrect information. However, this will not occur normally and we will notify you of such changes.
When you apply for a job via Jobeffekt's online application system
How we process your data from the application
When you apply online, Jobeffekt collects the personal information that you have entered in the application form, as well as the documents you have attached. We also store history of which jobs you have applied for. The purpose of collecting personal information is for Jobeffekt to process, assess and contact you if you are qualified for current or future vacancies.

What personal information does Job Effect process?
Job Effect only collects the information needed for the service (s) you choose to use. We collect the following general personal information: e-mail address, name and - if you have provided it - address, telephone, date of birth and gender.
In addition, we process: login information for your user profile, information about which job ads you are displayed, cookies, IP address, etc.
Sensitive and confidential information
You may not enter or upload sensitive personal information, such as religion, race, political affiliation, trade union relations, sexual orientation or health information on Job Effect. We are not allowed to register this kind of information, and if we become aware that it exists, we will remove it.
If you have a secret address or secret telephone number, you must not enter or upload this confidential information.
Where is your information stored?
When Jobeffekt is data responsible for your personal information, the information is stored in Jobeffekt's systems, which are provided by Jobeffekt ApS, Park Alle 382, 2625 Vallensbæk. The current website is delivered via servers located in Digital Ocean and will be transferred to Microsoft Azure's data centers in Europe by 2021.
When other companies are independently data responsible for your personal information, eg by the company's use of CV database or online applications, the personal data is stored in accordance with the individual company's personal data policy.
Disclosure of information.
Job effect in some cases passes on the personal data that we process about you. Your personal information may be passed on to: (I) companies that use our services; including CV database, online recruitment applications, or (II) suppliers we work with to support our business (eg service providers, technical support, delivery services and financial institutions), or (III) in connection with sales, assignments or other transfer of the content on the Website, or (IV) if required by a court decision or applicable law.
